Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S. 

Processing Time

All of our candles are hand poured and made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to make your candles before your shipping time begins. Thank you for your patience. 

Returns

All sales are final. Due to each candle being made to order, we do not accept returns at this time.

Exchanges

At this time we do not allow exchanges for change of mind. 

Damaged Orders

If you receive any damaged items, please email photos of the damages to hello@shopgracefulcandles.com upon receiving your order. Please keep in mind candles may vary slightly in color and minor imperfections are natural.
